Installations
Browsers can use separate slots.
Different browsers and browser profiles count separately. Tabs in one profile share a slot, and installations inactive for 90 days expire automatically.
School-year cleanup
Export before removing cloud data.
Use the app’s verified school-year archive workflow to save selected forms and records before intentionally removing them from cloud storage.
